Conrad Algarve Resort set to open soon

The new Hilton resort and spa in Quinta do Lago, Conrad, is a luxury development by Imocom and Hilton and is set to open in the second half of 2012. The new resort is over 1,400 square metres and will feature 158 guest rooms and suites designed to reflect a contemporary Portuguese style. The grounds will include themed gardens, swimming pools and lakes and a luxurious 1,500 square metre Spa and health club. The hotel will feature a selection of restaurants offering some of the best Portuguese and international cuisine together with a stylish wine and cocktail bar with alfresco terrace. The resort is also able to cater for exclusive meetings and events and boasts fully equipped Conrad meeting rooms, a 24-hour business centre as well as a large ballroom with access to private gardens. The hotel, situated in a prime seven hectare mixed development site, approximately 10km from Faro International Airport, will enjoy a key position close to some of the world’s most famous golf courses.

Algarve host the World Travel Awards Europe Ceremony for 6th October at the new Conrad Algarve.

Senior representatives from Europe’s finest travel brands are scheduled to attend the gala evening as they vie to win the most coveted accolade in the industry.
