At DoubleTree by Hilton ™, every little thing we do is important in order to create a rewarding experience for our guests (CARE).
Considering these values of the CARE culture, the 1st Care Day was held at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Higueron, designed to inform and thank the constant collaboration and commitment of major tour operators, agencies, employees and companies linked to the Resort.
DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Higueron operates under the Hilton brand since last August 3rd.
After a tour discovering the facilities, while all attendees could see new adaptations to Hilton standards, there was a presentation by Jose Navas GM of DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Reserva del Higueron.
During the presentation various aspects related to the agreement between Hilton Worldwide and Reserva del Higueron were highlighted, future developments as well.
The most relevant point of all for the attendees was the importance of the landing on the Costa del Sol of the largest chain in the world with over 4440 hotels and almost 800,000 beds.
At the end of this first Care Day, there was held a cocktail at the Infinity terrace in the Hotel, where all participants enjoyed a networking space.
