The Valencia Conference Centre hosts 32 congresses with 29,000 participants in 2015

By the end of the year, a total of around 29,000 delegates will have taken part in the 32 scheduled congresses, which represents an increase of over 30% in the number of congress visitors compared to 2014. Thanks to these events, the Valencia Conference Centre will generate an economic impact of €65 million for the city in 2015.

Some of these largest medical congress scheduled in 2015 are the 6th European Federation of Critical Care Nursing Associations (EFCCNA); the 12th European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Spring Symposium; 37th National Congress of the Spanish Society of Primary Care Physicians (SEMERGEN), which will congregate around 2,000 medical professionals; the 17th Congress of the International Headache Society (IHS), and the National Congress of the Spanish Society of Hospital Pharmacy (SEFH).

Besides the medical meetings, one of the highlights on the international front is the 59th Congress of the International Association of Lawyers-UIA-Union International des Avocats, which will be presenting the subject of migration as an important area for this profession, in an event open to lawyers from across the world including general practitioners, specialists, legal professionals, judges, law students and teachers.
